Fired toward the back of a 40 ft anagama wood kiln, this piece is perhaps more subtle than some but still bears the marks and complexity of over 100 hours of firing time. Unglazed interior and exterior, wood ash serves as the surface decoration.

note: while the unlgazed interior can feel somewhat dry and/or rough, the clay did get hot enough to vitrify and will hold water
